At Glass House Country Weddings, our Wedding Planning and Coordination packages are designed to bring your vision to life with ease and precision. From the initial concept to the final farewell, our expert team handles every detail, ensuring seamless planning and flawless execution.

Whether you're organising a grand celebration or an intimate affair, we provide personalised guidance and meticulous coordination to create a memorable and stress-free experience, so you can enjoy your special day without a worry in the world.

This package includes comprehensive Wedding Day Management, starting one month before your big day. We’ll take over all final communications, allowing you to relax and focus on enjoying the lead-up to your celebration.

On the day itself, we’ll be there from vendor setup until formalities conclude, overseeing every detail and ensuring everything runs smoothly without a hitch.

With this package, you won’t need to burden your family or friends with any last-minute tasks, giving them the freedom to relax and fully enjoy your special day alongside you.

On The Day Coordination

Inclusions

  • In person consultation before the wedding day
  • Up to 30 contact hours via email and phone
  • Assist with supplier recommendations if required
  • Attend final walk through at venue
  • Completion and distribution of detailed timeline for the day
  • Assisting with finalising all vendor inclusions and confirmations
  • On the day coordination for up to 12 hours (For 1-2 staff members as required)
  • Main point of contact to assist with vendor bump in’s/bump out’s on the day


  • Assist with guest management (Arrival/seating and departure)
  • Set up of your items such as menus, place cards, guest favours and wishing well
  • Assist with aisle entrance, reception entrance etc
  • Check on all elements of your day to ensure everything flows seamlessly
  • Will liaise with and prompt your MC on all formalities on the day
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit

Partial Planning Package

This package is ideal for couples who have already started their planning but need expert support to take over the remaining details and ensure everything comes together seamlessly.

We step in about three months before your wedding, handling the final preparations and being there on the big day to make sure everything runs smoothly and without a hitch.

  • Includes up to 50 contact hours via email and phone
  • Will take on communications with venue and all vendors
  • Supplier recommendations, obtaining quotes and budget management
  • Attend final walk through at venue if required
  • Completion and distribution of a detailed timeline for the day
  • Assisting with finalising all vendor inclusions and confirmations
  • Consultation prior to the day to confirm all wedding details
  • On the day coordination for up to 12 hours (For 1-2 staff members as required)

Whether you’re short on time or simply want the peace of mind that comes with having an experienced wedding professional by your side, we’ve got you covered. We’d be honored to share in this special journey with you!

  • Will attend site visits of shortlisted venues
